Rebekah Kimbrell is an experienced and passionate restaurant manager, currently at the helm of the 360 Grille. With over 8 years in the industry and a diverse background that includes both catering and event management, she is well-equipped to provide extraordinary guest experiences each day. Finishing her Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management at the University of North Alabama, Rebekah strives to create a dynamic yet healthy environment for her staff to grow professionally. She is a loving and proud mother of a beautiful 4-year-old daughter. While being a mother and being in school full time, Rebekah continues to show an unwavering passion for hospitality and top-tier service.
Chef Kirk Dixon is a driven and passionate culinary specialist who has achieved impressive heights in his career. He was born in St Catherine, Jamaica. With humble beginnings, growing up raised by a single working mother, Chef Kirk developed a lifelong passion for cooking from the time he spent in his mom's kitchen as well as with his grandmother preparing meals from Jamaica. He later moved to New York City before moving to Florida to attend the Southeastern Culinary Academy and University of Central Florida. He began his culinary journey at the second Macaroni Grill ever opened. From there he transitioned to a more formal dining atmosphere at Firebrand Golf and Yacht Club. There, he was recruited by Huntsville Country Club, where he trained in classical French cuisine. It was during this time that he met his future wife Candice and started their family. He then spent nine years as the Executive Chef at the Von Braun Civic Center. Following this, Chef Kirk moved his family to Nashville to join the culinary team at Vanderbilt Marriott. He also served as Executive Chef at PF Chang's, followed by an appointment as Executive Kitchen Manager at Dave and Buster's before joining the team at the 360 Grille where he is combining his extensive knowledge and experience of a variety of cuisines to create bold and innovative dishes that leave an impressive lasting impression. From the places he has lived during his life, Chef Kirk has been exposed to the most diverse range of culinary styles, allowing him to develop unique creations with an eclectic mix of flavors.
Lauren Esslinger is a consummate professional with an extensive array of restaurant experience. With an eleven-year career in the restaurant industry, Lauren ensures excellence at the 360 Grille. With great attention to detail and keen observational ability, Lauren brings remarkable proficiency to her role as assistant restaurant manager. In addition to her professional experience, Lauren holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Alabama in History and Political Science. An observant detail-oriented connoisseur of fine wines, she curates the wine list for 360 Grille. Her creative nature combined with a keen eye for detail makes her a successful leader in the ever-changing hospitality landscape.
